1974 - 1985 Primary: “Freie Waldorfschule” in Freiburg Germany.

1980 - 1985



 During my primary school time, I participated in a project of the „AG Wanderfalkenschutz“ in order to protect peregrine falcons (Falco peregrinus ssp. tunstall) in the Black Forest in cooperation with my Biology teacher, Mr. Dr. Rudolf Lühl, an ornitologist at the University of Freiburg.
1985 - 1988

 Secondary: “Droste - Hülshoff Gymnasium” in Freiburg Germany.
April 1986

 Highschool of Sacramento in a student exchange program.

10.05.1988

 

 Completion of Secondary: “Droste - Hülshoff - Gymnasium”, with “Abitur” i.e.secondary school leaving certificate (grade: 1,6 i.e. very good).

01.08.1988 -
31.03.1990

I interrupted my schooling to do my "Zivildienst" or alternative national service as a nurse’s assistant in a senior-citizens-home run by “Caritas”.

April 1990

 Second stay abroad in the USA, this time in Berkley and in New York City.
